This was really hard. We received hundreds of votes and they were spread out all over the place. By the public voting, several photos did pull away from the pack though, which made the second half of the contest much more difficult. We really feel like there are about 8 or 10 that really deserve to win. As with any contest, not everyone can win and in the end, some hard choices were made, by all of you and by our Board.  Congratulations to all our contestants. Everyone's photos were really good and deciding on winners was exceptionally difficult.

How is the winner decided?

There will be a first, second and third prize for the contest. The winners will be decided by the public voting which will consists of 50% and our Board of Directors which will be the other 50%. That is the most fair way we could come up with and will ensure that the best photos win and not just the person who got the most people to vote for them.


How much does it cost to enter?

There will be a flat $10.00 per photo to enter with no limit on how many photos you can enter. All the proceeds from this contest will go directly to the care of a needy horse.


When does the contest end?

Contest ends on February 28th at midnight. Voting for the winners will begin the following morning.

Second place wins their choice of the following:

$50.00 cash or $60.00 credit on any future fundraiser auction.
